In today’s complex modern world, things can get complex as well. This is never truer than in finance and business, including the new ways in marketing and sales. In recent times, the name Mark Hoverson strikes a familiar ring, most especially in online business growth strategies in network marketing.

Who is Mark Hoverson and why are they saying a lot of things for and against him? What does he do that people take notice of?

A short biography

From an advice article he wrote himself, Mark Hoverson is listed as a leading online marketer previously with Global Resorts Network and is now with Genewize Life Sciences. He reportedly scored 200,000 views on You Tube and is now a much sought-after trainer on “personal branding.”

He did not start out that way, though, in the beginning of his colorful career. Before he became famous in the Network Marketing circles, he was also one of the hundreds of thousands of wannabes in the MLM business.

Like any other good marketer, he tried to build his business in the good old traditional ways of recruiting. He bought leads, did home meetings, hotel briefings, and handed out DVDs and audio CDs.

Even if he was aggressive in building his business, and tried all the traditional strategies, he kept on failing. When he met another industry guru, Jeffrey Combs, things started to gel for him. Jeff taught him the secrets of attraction via online marketing systems.

When Mark Hoverson applied his personal creativity and passion to the new marketing medium, he found out that the very best prospects would call him, ready with their money and intent on joining his business.

As colleagues would put it, Mark is an “absolute marketing dynamo who applies a well-balanced strategy of marketing, branding, and affiliate programs” very strongly.

Two lessons

From his article, Mark outlined two very important marketing lessons for people who want to excel in the business. One of them is attracting the right customers with the right ad copy.

In his own words, Mark gives the first lesson in a question-and-answer form: “How do we find these ‘wealthy, affluent, educated, entrepreneurial’ people? Very simple: you attract them through specific marketing methodologies.”

“I use the phrase ‘Affluent Professionals’, which automatically attracts wealthy people… [and] repels [those] intimidated by the word ‘affluent.’”

“Next… I state explicitly that [the] …program requires at least $1000. Then, a couple paragraphs later, I state that it costs about $5000 to realistically position yourself for success. Thus, I have intentionally and methodically placed magnets throughout … to attract the people who have that kind of money, and repel the people who cannot join anyway.”

Mark’s second lesson is the often-overlooked fact that smart and savvy people hate advertising hype most of all.

Again, in his own words: “Realize that smart, savvy people are smart and savvy… [They] turn icy-cold [when they encounter]…scantily-clad women draped over Lamborghinis … sharp entrepreneurs don’t care about that stuff. They want relevant data… not low-rider magazine clip-outs with [pictures of] dollar bills dropping from the sky [in their ads].”

When You Get An Idea, Take Action On It. The Universe Is Guiding You Toward Your Desire.

Without action, nothing happens.

From your affirming and envisioning will come ideas and inspirations. Act upon these when they occur.

Have you noticed that when you bought that blue Batwing 5000 sedan that hundreds of others had also bought the same sedan? Once you have brought something into your consciousness, you begin to focus on that thought, idea, or thing. From that focusing will come a flow of ideas and inspirations that are coming to you from the Universe. This is where action comes in. If these ideas pass the feel good test then I would strongly encourage you to take action upon them. You will get ideas that just don’t seem right. When you get these ideas evaluate them, just because you might not feel comfortable acting upon them does not mean they will not get you closer to your desire.

This website was an idea that came to me. I am so excited about this information I’ve been studying and learning that I wanted to share it with others.

If for example your desire is to Cruise on the Rivers of Europe then find out who offers these cruises. Call them and get a brochure. Read your brochure often and carefully, select your cabin, decide on what excursions you will take along the way. Read about the cities you’ll visit get to know their history and what you will shop for. Get excited about your upcoming cruise because you will have it. This will impress upon your subconscious mind that you are serious about your desire.

Newton’s Third Law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This relates to the Law of Cause and Effect which is referred to in some cultures as Karma. I bring this up because it also applies here. When you take action the Law of Cause and Effect goes into action to get the effect you desire. Nothing happens by coincidence.

It is important to understand that just daydreaming about your desire will not bring it to manifestation. You must act upon the ideas you get, that action will bring you ultimately to your desire.

When You Envision Your Desire, You Bring It Into Reality In Your Mind And Then Into Your Life.

Have you ever been driving down the highway and begun to daydream? As you envision your destination, where you’re staying, what you’ll be doing, you realize you’ve driven the last 10 miles and don’t remember it. Maybe you’ve been standing in the shower and all of a sudden you receive a solution to a problem that’s plagued you for days. When you are performing a task that is so automatic that you are mentally disengaged from what you’re doing you are probably experiencing the Theta Brainwave State. The brainwork that can take place during the Theta State is often free flowing and occurs without censorship or guilt. It is typically a very positive mental state.

The Theta Brainwave State occurs between 4Hz – 8Hz and is characterized by deep relaxation, meditation and vivid imagery. Theta is also the state at which communication with the subconscious mind is most insightful.

So why am I telling you this? What does this have to do with envisioning your desire? Everything!

You see if your conscious mind is in the way, telling you you’re full of bologna when you repeat your affirmations, they’re probably not going to have much effect. I wish it was different but… it isn’t.

The Theta Brainwave State occurs naturally upon going to sleep at night and again when awakening in the morning. As you drift off to sleep you move from Beta to Alpha to Theta to Delta and when you awaken you go through the same sequence in reverse. This is a natural time to repeat your affirmations because they will be most effective.

If you practice meditation (if you don’t you should) repeating your affirmation while meditating will also be a most effective time.

As I stated earlier, you must be in a state where you’re communicating directly with the subconscious.

For those of you that want to speed things along, there are audio programs that you listen to with headphones called binaural beat recordings that will move you from Beta Brainwave to Alpha to Theta. These recordings can also contain subliminal recording of your affirmations so you can sit and relax and do work in months that might take years without the recordings.

While repeating your affirmations you must also envision what your life will be like when you have achieved your desire. This also is much easier in the Theta Brainwave state as you can more easily achieve vivid imagery in this state. Literally try to visualize yourself doing the things you desire, having the things you desire, and living the life you desire.

Until you have reprogrammed your mind to believe that you can have your desire through envisioning it in Theta, it will remain only a dream. And this is where that reprogramming happens.

If You Don’t Know What You Desire, You’re Certain to End Up With It.

Here’s What I Know About Life Purpose

If it is your goal to attract your burning desire into your life then you must be perfectly clear on what it is you desire. Perhaps it would be helpful if I define what I mean by “burning desire”. The clearest definition I’ve heard is “your true vision for your life”.

The Law of Attraction is the reason for everything that is occurring, has occurred, and will occur in our lives. If you’re living a life that is not what you’d like it to be it’s because of your thoughts. Do you really at a core level believe in yourself and your right to live the life of your dreams? If you’re not currently living that life the answer is no.

Have you ever met a person who is living the life of their dreams? It may have been a server in a restaurant, perhaps a tour guide, or an accountant – you will know immediately when you meet them because they radiate joy, they’re an absolute pleasure to be around.

Do you see the answer here? They’re living their “true vision for their life”. They are in vibrational resonance with what they are attracting. What they are putting out is what they are getting in return. Why would anyone not choose to live their life like this?

In 1989 Marsha Sinetar wrote a book entitled “Do What You Love, the Money Will Follow – Discovering Your Right Livelihood” which I definitely recommend to you, can it possibly be that easy? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Once you are living your true vision for your life it’s like floating on a raft downstream. You will attract from the Universe all you need effortlessly. Your positive emotions are the key ingredient in this recipe for life. If you will listen to your heart and focus on how you are feeling emotionally you will be allowing the Law of Attraction to do its thing. If you find yourself in a situation where you’re experiencing anxiety, anger, or stress you are not supposed to be doing it – stop! Are there times when we need to do something we don’t want to do? Of course but that is not what I’m talking about here I’m asking you to focus on identifying your “true vision for your life” it may not come to you in an instant but I promise you if you make the effort, it will become apparent to you.

This may sound easier said than done. How do I determine what I am passionate about and what my true vision for my life is? Well first of all you really do know but you’ve probably suppressed it. When you’re sitting alone daydreaming, what do you daydream about? What is it you see yourself doing? What do you do in your spare time? What are you doing when time just seems to fly by? Keep a journal and record these ideas and thoughts.

Do not pay any attention to thoughts that tell you you’re being impractical. Don’t listen to “helpful” friends and family who tell you “you can’t do that”. Not only can you do it, it’s exactly what the Universe is telling you you’re supposed to be doing.

I am not recommending you quit your job and go on a spiritual journey; though many have and are living the life of their dreams. When you discover your desires, your passion, your true vision begin to take action and move toward it and never look back.

In the case of Alexa the lower the number the MORE traffic that the site gets. In the case of number it flip flops between Yahoo and Google. But don’t worry about them.
4. Now is there a certain number cutoff, meaning you shouldn’t advertise on a site higher than “X” number. Well some logic says, only advertise on sites that are Ranked 100,000 or less. To me that is way to black or white. I think the thinking on whether to invest advertising dollars on a site has something more to do with the trends of the site. Scroll down the Alexa page a bit further…..
5. You scroll down the page stop at you will see more statistics on the website specific. Page Views, Number of Pages a user looks at , and overall traffic trends. Shoemoney.com good place to advertise. But these statistics will tell you more of a site than just the Traffic Ranking. Let’s say, you have a website that is relatively new, and the Alexa Ranking is 318,990. Conventional wisdom says don’t advertise there. However, at looking at the trends, are the percentages up through the roof? Is traffic up to 200, 300 or 800%? Is the reach up 10,000 or more? Are the Page views up? If you could say yes, to all of the above….GO FOR IT!!!! You may be hitting an up and coming site, and might be able to  get cheap advertising!!!
6. Also, let’s say, you went on to a website and the Traffic Ranking is 55,267 and all the percentages, traffic, and page views are down and down significantly….would you advertise there? Maybe maybe not…..
7. I have driven traffic to my sites that have an Alexa Ranking of 775,944!!! Don’t let the Traffic rank be your sole decision maker…that is for lazy advertisers…not  Advanced Advertisers.

Now here is the really cool thing about the Alexa site, that is the Related Links link. Scroll back up the page you are already on, on the left hand side, you will see related links. Click on that….

Now on the new page, this will show you sites that are related to that of http://www.shoemoney.com/ as an example, as we used above!!! For each and every website your own, after checking its Alexa Ranking you WILL ALWAYS click on related links. You will have some duplication, but it will as bring up fresh sites!! You will keep building, building, and building your database.

Now, let me give you some sites to run through, check its’ Alexa Ranking and get related links on, and just start the building process: shoemoney.com, johnchow.com, johncow.com, gorillasushi.com, youngentrepreneurs.com, moneybites.com, dollarshower.com, dollarsandsense.com, collinlahay.com, ablewise.com, and 24.com If you do this you will start building that database by the hundreds.

The one question that keeps coming up is how much should I share in a Joint Venture in regards to Commissions and who can I Joint Venture with? Let’s take the second part first who can or who should you Joint Venture with:

Now for the Second Part how much should You give as a Commission? Well, this all depends on the compensation plan that you have. In the case of network marketing, if you are paying someone up front on the direct sales they drive, with no further compensation…well I would give them the whole damn thing!!! Why? Well, it’s simple. They are building your front line and future commissions. Can you imagine if a Joint Venture Relationship brought you 15 new Front line Associates? How About 25 or 50 Front line Associates?

Fact, most people don’t have the Business Mind or Long Term thinking to say…I don’t care about the money upfront, I care about building my team and my Business. There are opportunities out there that Pay $1000 per Sale, like in the Case of the Reverse Funnel System, Global Resorts Network, and I believe MOR Vacations. Could you give up $50,000 in immediate income to grow your Business. If you understood your Business, the answer to that Question is 100% YES each and every time. Now a standard minimum you should give up is make a 50/50 Partnership.

The fact is if you grow a Joint Venture properly, after the first few commission checks you send to the marketer or JV Partner….they are going to join your Business Opportunity almost 98% of the time. The beauty part is you have already trained them in one avenue they can use to build their Business!!!! Duplication…every Business Owners dream in their Opportunity. I often write about the role of focus and vision in manifesting your dreams of effortless success. I know that folks are so often anxious to take action – and I’m all for taking action, even MASSIVE action – BUT (and I know all my clients know I usually forbid the use of the word “but”) BUT, action ONLY works when it comes from a place of focus and vision.

Inspired action comes from the higher level of creativity, trust and wisdom that you arrive at when you take the time to focus and vision.

Inspired action often seems to come out of nowhere; you get an inkling to try a particular action. It may not even make sense to you at the time. Yet, what happens is that the inspired action leads to a positive result. For example, you know you want to attract more business and you want to work with people that you love to work with. You sit with this vision for a while because you just don’t know how to make this happen. At some point a name pops into your head. Maybe it’s someone you haven’t thought about in a long time, or someone you don’t know very well, if at all – perhaps a Facebook friend. Your thought says get in touch with this person. So you take the leap and give him or her a call and, lo and behold, that is the exact person that can show you how to attract more ideal clients. Perhaps it even turns out that they just opened a new program on the very topic you need and you get the early bird rate. That’s an inspired action and it’s so much better than getting frustrated with not knowing HOW to make your dream a reality and calling someone in the same boat with whom you spend half an hour complaining about your lack of ideal clients.

Writing Content for Press Releases or Classified Ad Sites, can be a bit intimidating. It really shouldn’t be, here are a few tips:

• Now for the body or the Content itself. First, always write the ad so it is relatable. Write as if you, yourself would be interested in moving forward.
